I don’t say this often enough, but I genuinely appreciate every single one of you who watches Compassion in a T-Shirt.
When I started the channel, I simply wanted to share ideas about compassion — the science behind it, the practices that help, and the conversations that can change how we relate to ourselves and each other.
I never expected it to turn into what it has become. Thousands of people around the world tuning in to talk about compassion, shame, self-criticism, suffering, and what it means to be human.
What keeps me going isn’t really the numbers.
It’s the comments. The messages. The community! The stories people share about trying self-compassion for the first time, or beginning to relate to themselves in a kinder way.
That means a lot.
Many of you also share the videos, listen to the podcast, read my book The Gifts of Compassion, or simply keep showing up for these conversations.
So I just wanted to say thank you for being here and for being part of this growing conversation about compassion.
