CA Final AFM Nov’26 ICAI ne paper nahi, students ka Risk Management test kar liya! 😂”
Yes, the AFM paper was DIFFICULT & LENGTHY No denying that!
In Nov’2013, similar difficult level SFM Paper was made with results of that attempt less than 3%
But let's remember — CA Final hai, and ICAI loves giving surprises! 😅
And the biggest surprise?
FOREX — Almost 30 MARKS! 🌍
Some students had kept Forex in the optional category.
ICAI probably said: "Aap Forex ko option mein rakhoge, hum usko paper ka main attraction bana denge!" 😂
A few lessons from this paper:
✅ ICAI is unpredictable! Stop predicting the paper and start preparing for it.
✅ Selective studying is risky. Internal choice is for flexibility, not for planning your syllabus.
✅ Concepts over formulas. ICAI may change the question, but the underlying concepts remain the same.
✅ Exam temperament matters.
✅ Prepare for the toughest paper. If it turns out easy, that's your bonus!

A difficult paper doesn't necessarily mean a poor result. Don't let AFM affect your remaining examinations.
Traditionally in CA Final, DT & Costing papers have been of similar lengthy nd difficult levels..so icai is just repeating history…
yes afm may 26 paper was legit out of syllabus kinda paper, this one was complex in the way that every known sum also had high level adjustments and MCQ’s were indeed the party spoiler…
Also lengthiness was a big nightmare which impacted time management hugely but that’s way ICAI is here to test…ur state of mind when things are going totally out of control !!!
Hope the new module of Afm covers all similar level Qns going forward

FOREX ko lightly mat lena… ICAI ne is baar currency ka nahi, students ke confidence ka fluctuation kar diya! 😂
