if you guys haven't noticed I've been on a bit of a leave since my injury... I do have some announcements i'd like to make!
1st - Speed Tests and such after much thought will be getting phased out from the channel/page. I'm constantly hurting myself and injuring myself and I don't really see the point anymore to carry on with it. Been doing speed tests and such on the channel for a while so it sucks to see it go. But I personally am done with it. It's simply getting in the way of other content I'd like to film
2nd - Racing strangers and doing challenges not having to do with "just running" will be coming to the channel. I will be starting to revamp my brand and myself as a whole. Just something that needs to be done since I'm not having fun with the speed tests anymore.
3rd - Streaming with be coming BACK!! I have been streaming on TikTok and twitch recently. but instead of twitch I will be streaming on both TikTok and YouTube instead (since I know not everyone has TikTok so you'll be able to watch the streams here aswell!)

Need y'all to help me out! when testing shoes/spikes. I feel as if the short sprint distances aren't enough to really test out the shoes/spikes. Ill list some options below, please vote 🗳️ If you have a distance you'd like to see... please leave a comment!
For distance spikes I'll be doing 800m and more so dont worry, this is more or less for sprint/shoes
For our track group we’ll be having our local running store come out and supply some shoes/spikes for us!! Hey everyone — quick update + interest check 👇
We’re looking at setting up a Retired Athletics x Runner’s Choice session/event over the next little while.
The plan is to run practice with New Balance bringing out some of their shoes/ spikes for a live demo.
Shoes we’ll have available to test: • FuelCell SuperComp PWR-X (spike) • NB Ellipse (trainer)
They’ll be bringing pairs for everyone to try and test during the workout.
They’ll also be doing a giveaway — one person will win a free pair of shoes/spikes 👀
Big shoutout to Alex and Runner’s Choice for helping set this up 🤝
