Is DLSS 5's massive visual leap worth the heavy FPS penalty? 🎮🔥

We just tested NVIDIA's new 3D-Guided Neural Rendering in NBA 2K27 on an RTX 5090 Laptop GPU. With the new tech, you get much more realistic visuals, but frame rates dropped from 110+ FPS in 1600p to under 60 FPS before tweaking upscaling settings and turning on MFG.

Well, then Razer's new Naga V3 Pro might be exactly what you are looking for.
The new wireless mouse comes with three interchangeable side plates, scaling things from the usual two thumb buttons to six or even 12, if you want to forego your keyboard completely.

I have had the transformer among mice for a few days now (and also used the non-wireless original Naga for quite a while as a daily driver) and even aside from the flexibility, it is a very solid wireless mouse, especially if you are more into the productivity side of things.
It is a bit on the heavier side, but makes up for it by being incredibly comfortable, and while you have to pay quite the premium for it, again, if you are looking for the flexibility to quickly make your mouse be suitable for every game genre there is, the Naga V3 Pro really has a lot going for it!

I finally have my hands on all the 2026 Asus ProArt mobile devices. The last piece of the puzzle was the Snapdragon X2 Elite powered ProArt PZ14, and I am actually quite excited for that one!

Halo: Campaign Evolved just launched the other day, and I also got my hands on the new Alienware Area 51 16 with the all-new anti-glare OLED panel.
So you bet I am going to take this setup for a spin.

In my initial testing, I am getting a solid 75(-ish) fps with the 290HX Plus and RTX 5080 in our sample, with the game all maxed out and DLSS set to quality.
Not too bad if you ask me, and the beefy 16-incher also stays a lot quieter in its performance setting than I was expecting!
With frame generation, you can about double that initial frame rate without a problem, and with the new OLED panel's HDR and contrast capabilities, the game looks very, very good!

Oh yeah, who is playing Halo? I was looking forward to this all week, and it's definitely going to be my go-to game for the weekend!
