Thank you all for watching over me and cheering for me by my side for the past 8 years. Thanks to you, I am able to celebrate my birthday. I am just so happy for you and grateful. I am currently in the middle of a concert, but let's enjoy the concert and spend this summer hot with the upcoming album activities, fighting fire with fire! Anyway, since today is STAY's birthday...

To help you have a great day, I recommend running 400m followed by 30 push-ups, and running 400m followed by 30 squats for 5 sets. Work up a sweat so you can enjoy a refreshing meal in the evening!
