Originally from Newcastle, UK and now based in Perth, Western Australia, I’ve been working on cars and bikes since I was a young lad, starting out in my dad’s garage, Wallsend Test Centre.
I am all about building, modifying, repairing and maintaining cars, with a particular passion for Volkswagen Audi Group (VAG) vehicles, but if it has an engine and looks interesting, I'm all in!
Expect VW & Audi repairs, modifications, diagnostics, accident rebuilds, restorations, performance upgrades and project cars, along with the occasional motorbike, track day and something completely different!

Mazda 2, 3, 6, RX8, MX5, CX9 Remote programming.
1. Open the driver’s door.
2. Within 10 seconds switch the Ignition to ‘ON’ then to ‘OFF’ position quickly 3 times, finish in the OFF position & the leave the key in the ignition.
3. Close and open the driver’s door 3 times and on the 3rd time leave the door open (Door locks will cycle) – You now have twenty seconds to complete the following steps.
4. Press the lock button twice on the remote in the ignition (the door locks should cycle).
5. Press the lock button twice on any new remote (the door locks should cycle).
6. Remove the key from the ignition to end the programming session. (The door locks should cycle to indicate the end of the programming session)
