Two consecutive years. Same stage. Same energy. 🎤👑
Hosting pageantries has become a significant part of my journey as an Event Host. With over 10 pageantries hosted, I’ve had the privilege of stepping onto different stages, working with different audiences, and learning how to own a room in my own way.
But Mr and Miss Unibadan by University of Ibadan Student Union holds a special place for me.
Coming back to host the event for the second consecutive year after being a contestant on that same stage years ago was a beautiful reminder of what I love about this craft. The anticipation, the crowd, the contestants, the unexpected moments, the energy in the room and everything in between.
For me, hosting isn't just about speaking well or following a running order. It’s about understanding the room, connecting with people, keeping the energy alive and making sure the audience experiences the event, not just watches it.
And when the lights come on and that microphone is in my hand, I know exactly what I came to do. 😌🎤
A big thank you to UI'SU for another great edition and to everyone who made the night memorable. Here’s to the stages I’ve graced, the rooms I’ve owned, the memories we’ve created and the many more to come.

Your event deserves a host who can do more than hold a microphone. 🎤
I’m all about reading the room, connecting with the audience, keeping the energy alive and making sure the event flows the way it should.
From corporate events and conferences to weddings, parties and everything in between, I’m ready to bring the energy and make the moments count.
