I don't know about you, but I'm getting real AI fatigue over here from all the caveman-esque chatter of "AI bad" or "AI save humans." So I decided to single handedly get to the bottom of it myself lol.

If you haven't checked it out yet, my recent video discusses the myths of AI, what parts are promising, what parts are at risk of altering our brains forever, and how the everyday person should actually approach AI in a world where it feels unavoidable. My hope is that (as of right now anyway) this is that last AI you'll have to watch to know whats what 🎥👀

#ad Stereotypes about OCD make it seem like it's all about being organized. But real OCD is very different, and many of its signs are subtle, easily overlooked, or misunderstood.

Sometimes OCD looks like constantly being stuck on the worst-case scenario. You might find yourself thinking: “This headache is a brain tumor.” Or, “What if I’m a terrible person?” Other times, it looks like constantly needing certainty or reassurance, and analyzing your decisions over and over. You might ruminate on thoughts like, "Do I really love him?” Or, "Am I happy at this job?"
