As someone in my 20s, the best thing I’ve done isn’t chasing speed.
It’s choosing alignment.
Learning that the mind needs patience, not pressure.
The body needs discipline, not punishment.
The spirit needs silence, not noise.
And growth needs accountability, not motivation.
Nothing changed overnight.
But showing up every day
30 minutes for my mind,
an hour for my body,
15 quiet minutes for myself
slowly changed how I see everything.
When you work on yourself,
Everything around you starts working too.
Still learning. Still unlearning.
But finally moving in the right direction 🤍

Hi, I am Jugal, and I graduated from a top 5 university in the US for computer science while studying for free and earning money on the side.
If you are someone who is coming to the US for their studies and are going through your applications, stop and check if studying at your university is even worth it.

I have been in the US for over a year and a half and will start my full time soon.
Whether you are moving to a new country (us/uk/anywhere else)
You will have to figure out a lot of things yourself, but this independence will make you grow so much more outside of the classes and constant fighting for internships and jobs

Can’t believe all this was last month.
The amount of people I have met of the last month, is absolutely insane. If you work remotely close to tech, you need to visit and live in SF atleast for a month if nothing.
I am beyond grateful the doors my content creation has opened for me, and meeting so many people is such a blessing and a privilege.
