GRAPPLING NERDS

Hey everybody great news! YouTube decided to unblock my Mario Bautista breakdown video! 🙌

It’s now available to watch in full and it’s one of my favourite videos I’ve made so check it out if you’re interested

Mario Bautista put on a BJJ in MMA masterclass, showing:

- how to correctly use butterfly hooks in MMA
- knee cut passing (underhook head block style)
- kimura trap

Take 69 seconds out of your day to witness this double leg COUNTER that perfectly explains a CONCEPT that changed my game!

“GIVE THEM WHAT THEY WANT”

Respect the 69 and give it a look 🫡

- Side To Side Leg Drags
- Outside Ashi Defence/Counters

Is this BS?

Let me know what you guys think of my theory on dealing with an annoyance that comes up when leg dragging higher level guard players

GRAPPLING NERDS

Just dropped!

While watching Cole Abate’s matches, I noticed this beautiful Single Leg X sweep he was hitting on EVERYBODY…

So I dove in further and did a video on it!

Anytime we play DLR, and outs opponent steps over our leg to HQ, a typical response is to throw up a half lasso.

This is good, but we want GREAT.

THIS VIDEO teaches a solid attack option we can move to immediately after throwing up our lasso

+ It exposes a weakness in the half lasso

ONE OF MY BEST VIDEOS SO FAR!
