hey, i know this isn’t what i normally put on the channel, but i just wanted to put my story out there bc i no longer want to be silent about it anymore and pretend that i’m not hurt by the things i went through

i used to be a manager, voice actor, character designer and scriptwriter for Team Idolize, i joined since its inception. for those who are wondering, i was Kreator Kat, i designed and voiced Harmony, the main character of Idolize, i hopped on later as a scriptwriter and given the manager position later on before being fired in June 2020, five years ago. i joined before they used Slack, most communication was done via dms on Instagram and group chats. the problems that are happening with Chibimation are consistent to what he had done back then, to me, and to many others.

he has done multiple things, from talking badly about my character design work (calling Harmony ugly behind my back to other managers), arguing with management about the plot of Idolize (there was never a finished story planned out, he only had a "maybe" answer to the mystery behind Idolize), to firing me because he "can't stand my personality" and
"never being online" (to preface this, if it was 12pm for Beo, it wouldve been 12am for me. we lived in opposite timezones). he had always been condescending, to my own personal projects and to others that he thought didnt have good enough work. even after i got fired, we at first remained friends, but i later on found out that Beo lied to me, and said that he wouldve rather we not be acquainted at all.

Beo would approach me occasionally, once from an interview i had done with an old friend of mine and asking me questions when i didnt want anything to do with him, another was to tell me that i was being kicked from a team i was in at the time because this team and Idolize were merging, and that i couldnt stay on, and threatening me to take down my posts of screen recordings of our conversations and my vents about him, essentially trying to "debunk" my emotions, which i unfortunately complied with.

i spoke up about it, but i was shut down. i still tried to speak about it but not many people would listen, and not many people cared.

the pain had gotten so bad to the point of which i had almost taken my own life.

even now, in adulthood, im only a shadow of who i once was. call it dramatic or whatever, but its honestly the only way i can describe my feelings on this situation now.

Beo had taken away the confidence i had five years ago, and to this day i struggle with expressing myself or even standing up for myself because of what he's done to me. and i know im not alone.

thank you, gacha community, for realising it now but if this came out five years ago, it wouldve saved me, and many others, a lot of pain
