Okay, i normally don't like getting involved in fanwars, but after seeing everything going on over X(twitter) lately, i genuinely wanted to say this from my own perspective.

I'm saying this as someone who is a BLINK, a MONSTIEZ and a PAWMPAWM. i love BLACKPINK, BABYMONSTER and MEOVV for different reasons, so seeing people turn the girls supporting each other into another reason to hate each other honestly makes me sad. 😭

I've seen some Monstiez getting angry at BLACKPINK members, especially because Jisoo and Rosé have shown support for MEOVV, and some fans feel like BABYMONSTER doesn't receive the same kind of public support. and honestly, i understand why that can hurt. if BABYMONSTER is your group, you naturally want to see their seniors acknowledge and support them too.

but please don't let that disappointment become hate.

Ella has known BLACKPINK since she was very young, long before MEOVV debuted, so seeing Jisoo or Rosé support her doesn't automatically mean “BLACKPINK chose MEOVV over BABYMONSTER.” there are personal relationships behind these interactions that we don't fully know about.

and that's the thing we don't know what happens privately. maybe they've supported BABYMONSTER in ways we haven't seen, maybe they haven't. we simply don't know, so i don't think it's fair to create assumptions and then attack them over those assumptions.

as a BLINK, i don't want to see BLACKPINK dragged.

as a MONSTIEZ, i want BABYMONSTER to receive all the love they deserve.

and as a PAWMPAWM, i don't want MEOVV or Ella attacked because of comparisons.

One group's support doesn't take anything away from another group.

you can wish BLACKPINK supported BABYMONSTER more publicly without hating BLACKPINK. you can love BABYMONSTER without making MEOVV the enemy. and you can support MEOVV without comparing them to BABYMONSTER every five seconds.

these girls aren't fighting each other.

and honestly, that's the saddest part. 😭
so from one BLINK × MONSTIEZ × PAWMPAWM to another, let's stop making the girls carry the hatred created by fandoms.
