Each episode starts with something familiar. And from there, without a manual or a score, we go wherever we need to go. This week's subject is artificial intelligence. We've all heard that it can heal us, replace us, or destroy us—we've heard it so much that we hardly even ask what word each side uses when arguing about it, or where that word gets its weight from. This episode picks up, without requiring prior viewing, from the one we did on Peter Thiel and the Dark Illumination. It all begins with Gabriel, an archangel from the movie Constantine, who decides to bring the Antichrist to Earth himself, convinced that God's plan requires it. On the other side of the same myth, in 2026, engineers from Anthropic publicly resign, saying that the superintelligence they themselves are building could kill us all before the decade is out—and they still don't have a plan to prevent it. They even ask for help from the very institution that, in another world, would be accused of hindering the divine plan. Pandora, Fenrir, and Typhon already knew something about this: what is opened cannot always be closed again. From this, we will distill what happens when the word that names absolute evil ceases to describe a threat and begins to be used as permission. And in the end, as always, this myth will give us back something that has nothing to do with artificial intelligence, but rather with those times when we shout that the world is ending, when deep down we were just defending a much smaller decision. 📍 Live.
