Allah ka Alif | Interesting Stories from Islamic Books | Try Not to Laugh | Inside Islam Live EP 10 The Funniest—and Most Controversial—Stories in Classical Islamic Books Classical Islamic literature contains far more humour, wit, satire, and intellectual sparring than many Muslims today imagine. In this live stream, we revisit some surprising anecdotes and sayings from respected Muslim scholars and explore what they reveal about religious expression, sacred boundaries, and the culture of debate in earlier Muslim societies. Iblis Nama: When Muslim Scholars Laughed, Argued, and Provoked Thought 🎙️ In this live stream, we will discuss several anecdotes and sayings recorded by Muslim scholars in their books in the service of Islam. Some of these texts contain humour, wit, satire, and expressions that many Muslims today may find astonishing, unexpected, or even difficult to believe. Our purpose is not to insult or offend any religious personality, belief, or community. Rather, we aim to present these classical Islamic texts in their original historical and literary context and examine them through scholarly and critical discussion. The final judgement is for the audience to make. During this discussion, we will explore several important questions: • Did earlier Muslim scholars have a different attitude towards religious humour and wit than Muslims do today? • How has the concept of "religious blasphemy" been understood in different periods of Islamic history? • Has contemporary Muslim society become more sensitive towards religious disagreement and freedom of expression than earlier Muslim societies? Some of the texts we will discuss include: 1. Allah ka Alif and Shah Abdul Aziz Muhaddith Dehlavi's witty reply. 2. Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi's unusual analogy compares the beliefs of the Muslim masses. If you are a Muslim, this live stream may offer both moral reflection and humour. Some passages may challenge your religious sensibilities, while others may encourage you to rethink them. How you interpret these narratives is ultimately up to you. ://youtube.com/live/zenEszYj2b8 ✅ Maulana Maududi’s Fatwa on Cow Sacrifice in India:   • Maulana Maududi’s Fatwa on Cow Sacrifice i...   ✅ Islam mein Haiz ke ahkaam part 1:    • Haiz ke masail by Dahir Majza | Haiz ka Fa...   ✅ Abdullah ibn Umar used to break his fast with intercourse:    • Abdullah ibn Umar used to break his fast w...   ✅ The Routine of the Prophet in Ramadan: Kissing & sexual intercourse:    • The Daily Life of the Prophet (PBUH) durin...   ✅ Kissing wife and sucking her tongue while fasting:   • Kissing wife and sucking her tongue while ...   ✅ Funny Hadiths in Islam:    • Hadith or Blasphemy of the Prophet? | Funn...   ✅ Does God Exist?
