Below are some ways I usually use this music:
You can completely use it for reading, getting a massage, or meditating - but since I see that people mostly use it for sleeping, I will share the method I usually apply.
First, prepare a dark room - and please set the screen brightness and volume to a moderate level!
No matter what is going on - whether you're happy or sad, please put it aside for now - this moment is for you, for your body's recovery, and for your mind.
And now I will share the first step with you.
Step 1: Lie down comfortably, inhale deeply for about 3-4 seconds, then hold your breath for 2 seconds and exhale very slowly for 6 seconds to activate your nervous system, helping your body start to relax.
Step 2: Relax your entire body: Observe your feet - your knees - your thighs - your stomach - then your shoulders - your eyes - relax completely.
Step 3: Meditate and observe your whole body - see if you are tensing up anywhere - if wandering thoughts appear, gently bring your mind back to observing your body or observing your breath so your brain can begin to feel peaceful.
Step 4: Imagine you are in your own peaceful place, for example, for me it is a beach in my hometown - just let those images appear, and it will gradually put you to sleep.
That concludes the 4 basic steps. Let me summarize them so they are easier for you to remember:
Step 1: Lie comfortably and inhale deeply
Step 2: Relax
Step 3: Observe and relax
Step 4: Visualize a peaceful image
Please try practicing this and let me know the results.
