Coming back from a whirlwind weekend in Las Vegas, I wanted to share a few thoughts with all of you.
I know I can get a little sappy, but self-reflection is something I truly value. I also believe there’s meaning in the experiences life puts in front of us.
I went to Vegas to celebrate a special Day of Gratitude with my friend Jessica, aka “Juicy.” What I didn’t realize was that I’d be coming home with a complete reset of my mindset—thanks to her.
Our morning coffee conversations opened my eyes to something I’d been missing for quite a while… me.
I’m only on day two of exercising (nothing to brag about yet), but I’ve meditated, had some of the best sleep I’ve had in years (thanks to Ashley from Bingo Nuts!), and started focusing on things that truly matter.
So here’s my message for today: Surround yourself with people like Juicy. Take in all of life’s moments. Even if you don’t feel their impact right away, one day you will.
And as always… Trust the Process. ❤️ And if you are not following @juicysjungle and @BingoNutsLLC you are truly missing out!
