Figures are consolidated and unaudited (limited review), compared with the same quarter a year ago: • Revenue from operations: ₹35,620 crore, vs ₹31,942 crore in Jul–Sep 2025 (+11.5%, our calculation). • Profit to shareholders (profit attributable to owners of the Company): ₹5,132 crore, vs ₹4,235 crore (+21.2%, our calculation). • Tax expense: ₹1,335 crore, vs ₹1,466 crore a year earlier. The filing (note 6) says the decrease in tax expense is "mainly due to benefit arising from certain capital assets acquired through business combinations, resolution of certain uncertain tax positions with the tax authorities and the transition to the new tax regime." • Interim dividend: ₹12 per equity share (face value ₹2) for FY2026-27, the same as for Jul–Sep 2025.
