Broccoli Paneer Pinwheel Paratha
Ingredients:
Grated paneer – ¼ cup
Grated broccoli – ¼ cup, squeezed well to remove excess water
Grated onion – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Red chilli powder – as per taste
Coriander powder – as per taste
Seasoning – as per taste
Ghee – for cooking
Wheat dough – as required
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix grated paneer, squeezed grated broccoli and grated onion.
2. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and seasoning. Mix everything well.
3. Take a portion of wheat dough and roll it into a thin roti.
4. Spread the broccoli-paneer stuffing evenly over the roti.
5. Roll the roti tightly into a log and cut it into equal pieces.
6. Gently press each piece and roll it slightly to form a pinwheel paratha.
7. Heat a tawa and place the paratha on it. Cook on both sides using a little ghee until golden brown and crisp.
8. Serve hot with curd, chutney or ketchup. ❤️
Tip: Squeezing the grated broccoli well is important—it prevents the stuffing from becoming watery and makes the pinwheels easier to roll.
