Here is how it happens:
1️⃣ Create the bottom mold half using a template
2️⃣ Lubricate the mold for perfect separation
3️⃣ Pour the top half & tap out air bubbles
4️⃣ Open up the mold & extract the template shape
5️⃣ Mix liquid plastic to form a non-Newtonian fluid
6️⃣ Pack the liquid plastic directly into the mold
7️⃣ Compress the mold & trim the excess
8️⃣ Cure, trim, and grind the plastic edges
9️⃣ Polish it dry to add a seamless wax coating
