Bushfire Kitchen was definitely a pleasant surprise! Located in Riverside’s Canyon Crest Towne Centre, this spot offers fresh, flavorful food in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
What I really enjoyed is that they focus on quality ingredients without overcomplicating things. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and left me feeling satisfied without feeling weighed down. If you’re looking for extra greasy or heavily seasoned comfort food, this may not be your first choice. But if you appreciate fresh ingredients and simple flavors done right, I think you’ll enjoy it.
For me, it was a solid 9/10. The prices were reasonable, the service was great, and the overall experience felt a step above your typical fast-casual restaurant. And let’s be honest the $5 white sangria didn’t hurt either! I’ll definitely be back.
