Marlie’s Story – Haitian Folktales
Marlie is a hardworking Haitian nurse in the U.S., drowning in debt, overworked, and juggling Sol payments she can’t keep up with. At work, she’s called the “last option.” At home, she carries the burden alone. This is the silent fight of many. A powerful modern folktale about strength, sacrifice, and silent suffering.
