Honestly, fried noodles are one of those dishes, you make a big plate, thinking you’ll have leftovers, then somehow there’s nothing left before you even sit down 😅🍜
That’s what home cooking is all about: quick, easy, fresh and delicious, made with a little care. No fuss, no drama, just good food that’s way too easy to finish 👏🏻😋

Want it punchier?🤔
Add some freshly chopped chillies while stir-frying the aromatics. A little chilli and suddenly those noodles are wide awake! 🔥🌶️😋👍🏻
