I met Mike in Dalarna, Sweden. He worked at the little campground/stuga place where I had booked a room. At 22 he had already decided the life he was brought up with in the Netherlands didn't suit him, and now he's working all year round in Sweden, spending almost all his days outside in the quiet nature. Inspiring!
We soon discovered we had some pretty similar niche music interests, and when he pulled out his beautiful custom banjo, I was sold! Thus this collaboration was born.
