In this tutorial:
• Submit a request with scope, address, and preferred schedule
• Ask and answer questions in the app and follow email notifications
• Send and accept an offer with an optional deposit
• Create the appointment from the accepted quote and review Pending Deposit
This example uses a lawn care business. AACore Booking accommodates various service business types, including salons, mobile services, and home services.
An accepted offer still needs an appointment created by the business. When a deposit is required, the appointment remains Pending Deposit until payment is recorded. The walkthrough also shows where staff can record an offline deposit when received.
