It was her day and we were just a part of it. After becoming the winningest coach in WNBA history following a win over the Connecticut Sun on the road, Coach Cheryl Reeve and the top-ranked Minnesota Lynx returned home to Target Center where Reeve received a proclamation from Minnesota Governor Tim Walz declaring Saturday, July 11, 2026 “Cheryl Reeve Day”.
Players also honored their HOF coach by wearing “All-Time Winningest Coach” t-shirts during warmups.
