What is “Jin” in Tai Chi?
In this practice, two students explore a fundamental method of finding Jin — beginning from the feet, connecting through the legs, waist, spine and crown, then extending the intention beyond the physical body.
This is not about using more force.
It is about finding whole-body connection.
A traditional Taoist approach to Tai Chi begins not with appearance, but with awareness, structure and inner connection.
Finding Jin is not about creating power.
It is about discovering where power already exists.
