BABYMONSTER RAMI, also known as Shin Haram, is currently on hiatus from BABYMONSTER activities. & YG Entertainment announced in May 2025 that she would pause promotions to focus on her health and would not join the Asian leg of the Hello Monsters world tour. Fans continue to share support on social media, with recent posts noting her mother updated her profile picture with a new selfie in September 2026¹².
Rami debuted as the first officially revealed member of BABYMONSTER on January 12, 2023, under her former stage name Haram. She adopted the stage name Rami before the group's April 2024 debut with the mini album & BABYMONS7ER. Born on October 17, 2007, in Seoul, she trained for over five years at YG Entertainment and serves as the group's main vocalist.
The group is managed by YG Entertainment and consists of seven members including Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora and Chiquita. BABYMONSTER launched their 2026-27 world tour Choom following their 2024 debut and subsequent releases like "Sheesh" and "Drip". Rami has not participated in recent activities due to her ongoing hiatus **.
