The Way of the Cross is a tradition at Hills Church. Each year on Good Friday, we carry the cross through the suburb of Everton Hills symbolising the journey that Jesus took on His way to calvary. Members of our congregation take turns in carrying the cross along Queens Rd, arriving at Hills Church where they were joined by our congregation. The congregation then follows the cross down the hill and into the auditorium, leading into our tradition Tenebrae service.
