Pharma में Production, QA और QC में क्या काम होता है? Pharma industry में Production, QA और QC तीनों departments का काम अलग-अलग होता है, लेकिन तीनों का main goal safe, effective और quality medicine बनाना है। 1️⃣ Production — “Medicine बनाना” Production का काम actual manufacturing करना होता है। Main work: Dispensing → Granulation → Compression → Coating → Packing Manufacturing equipment operate करना Machine parameters set/check करना Manpower allocation In-process checks के लिए samples देना BMR/BPR में entries करना Yield और reconciliation देखना cGMP और SOP follow करना Production target achieve करना Equipment cleaning और line clearance requirements follow करना 👉 Example: Tablet Compression Officer का काम है compression machine को सही parameters पर चलाकर tablets बनवाना और IPC/IPQA requirements maintain करना। 2️⃣ QA — “Quality सुनिश्चित करना” QA का काम यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि पूरी manufacturing process GMP और approved procedures के according हो रही है। Main work: Line clearance देना BMR/BPR review करना SOP compliance देखना IPQA checks करना Deviation, CAPA और change control handle/review करना Data Integrity / ALCOA+ compliance देखना Batch release के लिए documentation review Validation/qualification activities Audit और inspection के लिए compliance maintain करना 👉 QA खुद mainly medicine नहीं बनाता; QA verify करता है कि medicine सही process और documentation के साथ बनी है। 3️⃣ QC — “Medicine की testing करना” QC का काम raw material, in-process और finished product की laboratory testing करना है। Main work: Raw material testing Packing material testing In-process testing Finished product testing Assay Dissolution Related substances/impurities pH, LOD, moisture आदि Microbiological testing (Microbiology section) Stability testing Analytical instruments जैसे HPLC, GC, UV आदि का use 👉 Example: Compression से बनी tablet को QC में भेजा जाता है और assay, dissolution, hardness, friability आदि specifications के अनुसार test किए जाते हैं। #Pharma #PharmaJobs #Production #QA #QC #PharmaIndustry #BPharm #DPharm
