What happens when you press a single SOS button?
I built an ESP32-C3 SOS button that makes my Samsung phone automatically call a predefined SOS emergency number.
When the button is pressed, the ESP32 sends a command over Wi-Fi to an Android app running on the phone. The phone then uses its SIM card to make a regular call to the saved SOS number.
No cloud server or paid calling service — just an ESP32-C3, Android phone and Wi-Fi.
