I experiment with acrylic paint, published books under my pen name K. C. Brooks ‘The Little Book Of Encouragement & Devotional’, ‘Encouraging Seniors To Live Their Best Possible Life Now’, and Encouraging Others Through An Artist’s Story Of Hope’ and I make music for anyone who is interested in hearing gentle, relaxing sounds. I devote part of my time to visiting, and the other part of my time to training in the arts. I also give art lessons to senior citizens. I wrote, researched, compiled and printed an over two hundred page textbook in recreation entitled ‘Therapeutic Recreation Notebook’ and I am in the process of writing a Christian Devotional for seniors. I design my own handbags, dresses and bathing suits. All the proceeds go to Masonic Charities with the exception of cost I incur in production and supplies. I live a happy and fulfilling life at MHC.
