I’m a US return NRI, 44, living in Kochi - Kerala, and still figuring out what a good life actually looks like.
I grew up in a middle-class family in India, worked in Dubai and the US, lived in America for almost a decade, and moved back to India in 2018 for good (I also run a support group for NRIs like me who are thinking of returning to India backtoindia.com/start).
Since my return, I’ve built businesses, made money, missed opportunities, taken risks, and made some expensive mistakes.
