Theology of the Cross

Hello! My name is Peaceful and I'm a Christian whose purpose is to run the course set before me with joy and the ministry, proclaiming the gospel of the grace of God (Acts 20:24)

I mainly speak about salvation issues, but I do delve into other topics of theology. I believe that salvation from the penalty of sin and everlasting life is received by faith alone in Christ alone at one point in time (John 3:16). Christ is the Son of God, God incarnate, who died on the cross for the sins of humanity and rose again the third day to be sat down with His Father (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). One knows they are saved forever because they believe God's promise of eternal life (1 John 5:13), making their eternal life independent from their subsequent behavior or doctrinal errors they might fall into. However, discipline can befall the believer for disobedience, and they can lose out on reward for not following the will of God, whatever that may be in their life (Hebrews 12:6-11, 1 Corinthians 3:15).
