Welcome to Ravens Garden where we explore the joys of growing fresh food, raising happy chickens, and crafting rich compost, all in the heart of suburban Melbourne. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out, this channel offers tips, inspiration, and practical advice to help you create a sustainable, thriving homestead in your own backyard.

[This channel was originally started by Gippsland Based Home Gardeners, Rav & Em. In the two years the channel ran, we shared a few things we had learned about growing food, plants in general, gardening, and we made some horrible mistakes.
We also spoke about living with chronic pain, and discovering what we can all do on good days and bad days. I (Rav) have since moved back to Melbourne, and will be creating a new food production garden in the suburbs. Em continues to thrive in Gippsland].
