RANI is a Dutch singer-songwriter with over 1.5 billion streams. You know her voice from some of dance music's biggest records, from the platinum "Post Malone" with Sam Feldt to tracks with David Guetta, Bakermat and Meduza. This channel is where she tells her own story.
Her name comes from her Surinamese grandmother Sewrani. "Rani" means queen in Hindi, and she carries it by writing songs that are honest, heartfelt and give people a place to land.
