Equipping worship leaders with healthy leadership, vibrant community, and a deeper connection with Jesus
Are you a worship leader whose state of mind is hindering your growth and development? When you're overwhelmed like this, you'll either quit or go into "coast mode," which can be a never-ending cycle. You don't have to continue leading worship this way. There is hope, and I'm here to help.
I'm Justin Rizzo, 👋🏻 a worship leader, songwriter, and filmmaker based in the Midwest, USA. For the past 25 years, I've been passionate about authentic worship and creativity focused on bringing glory to Jesus. I love helping worship leaders and creatives nurture their growth and success. I also own Firelight Creative, a production company where I've produced and written multiple award-winning musicals and films. I also have the honor of traveling extensively to lead worship and speak at events around the world. I'm glad you're here and look forward to keeping in touch.
