Sacred Art & Story — Stacy Vajta

I make spirit dolls, masks, and symbolic objects by hand — and this channel is a window into that process.

I'm Stacy Vajta, artist and maker based in Asheville, NC. My work sits at the intersection of intuitive creativity, symbolic making, and the quiet inner listening that happens when you slow down enough to hear yourself think.

These videos aren't tutorials. They're more process reflections — me thinking out loud about what I'm making, how I go about it, why certain materials call to me, what a piece reveals as it comes together, and where the work is taking me next. Sometimes that includes happy accidents. Sometimes epic fails. Always something worth sitting with.

If you're drawn to spirit dolls, papier-mâché mask making, intuitive art, symbolic objects, or a slower and more meaningful creative practice, you're in the right place.

New videos monthly. Come spend some time in the studio.
