Before finding kinesiology I was a very different person...I was repressed emotionally, had a terrible diet..ate a load of crap, sweets, takeaways, couldn't sleep, was underweight, smoked, drank, workaholic and lacked purpose! 😶
I got rid of my crippling headaches, digestive issues, stress & insomnia too. I know that it is possible to turn things around because using the kinesiology techniques I was learning..I completely transformed my life! I practice what I preach.
