My name is Ngoc Thuy, I am 30 years old.

I belong to an ethnic minority group, born and raised in a small mountainous region in Northeast Vietnam – a place with majestic mountain ranges, crystal-clear streams, and a life full of hardship and deprivation.

I share my real everyday life—gardening, growing vegetables, raising free-range chickens, feeding fish, caring for animals, harvesting fresh food, and cooking traditional Vietnamese meals.
