INTEREST: Practicing judo is my first interest. It is an amazing SPORT, and in its complete form, a MARTIAL ART. In fact, judo is what you make of it. The GENTLE WAY is scientifically designed, and its inherent features are control, balance, the use of momentum, inertia, leverage, flexibility, speed; and the teaching of mutual respect. JUDO offers something different; to different people. After years of practice, it could make a person very strong, confident, a skillful fighter, and also sharpens one's reflexes. These benefits are useful in many other areas of life.
Another hobby of mine is hang gliding. Though dangerous, the feeling of soaring is indescribable. Once airborne, one experiences an awesome adrenaline rush. The only source of power is the use of thermals; they are stepping stones that help increase flight duration.
