Julie Khuu, CID certified interior designer brings two decades of professional interior design, modern Feng Shui, and real-life creativity together to help people create inspired homes that look beautiful, feel intentional, and reflect how they aspire to live.
This channel is for design-conscious homeowners and renters who want a more beautiful, thoughtful home but need help knowing what to change, what to invest in, and how to make their spaces work for real life.
Luxury has little to do with how much you spend on your space. It's about discernment: proportion, materials, composition, intention, and knowing where the investment matters. Every video will help you see your home differently, understand why a space works or doesn’t, and inspire you to make a positive change. Sometimes one small shift is all it takes… Mini moves = Major impact.
Design with heart, wake up feeling inspired every day 💛

UPDATE on the Garden Grove Chemical Leak:
It’s 9pm PT Sat 5/23
Day 29 of our 30 day renovation race on the eve of our move in date and I can’t even think straight let alone create content when the entire area is on high alert. We are currently safe, but news reports are changing by the hour with the latest saying that the tank is inching on explosion which can happen at any moment. That’s insane. I have no words, only prayers.
We have been told to evacuate the area. I am right on the perimeter of the evacuation red zones, but if the tanks explode there is no telling where it goes, where it lands, how we’re affected and what’s to come. Our governor has already issued a state of emergency here in Orange County and it all feels completely surreal. We are sitting ducks.
I thank you for all your messages of hope and prayers, I will keep you posted as I know more. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Welcome to my brand new series
✨WILL WE MAKE IT? The 30-day renovation race!💫
We have exactly 30 days to finish this renovation, or we miss the luckiest day of the year.
Hi everyone, I’m Julie, and this is my home renovation. In Feng Shui, timing is everything. May 24th is our auspicious move-in date—the energy is perfect for a fresh start.
Every day for the next 30 days, I’m taking you behind the scenes of the 'Ins and Outs' of a professional interior renovation — what’s getting finished, and what’s driving me abso- fucking- lutely crazy!!!
My daily mantra?
💆🏻♀️ “BREATHE IN CALM/ BREATHE OUT CHAOS”
It’s a race against time, the budget, and my own sanity.
Do you think we’ll make it by the 24th? Drop a 'YES' or 'NO' in the comments!
And make sure you follow my brand new series- Will we make it? The 30- day renovation race!
