Welcome to Off topic & real this channel is my journey on taking a brand new channel from zero to monetization.

Currently the YouTube requirements are 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours watch time which is set to change to 8000 hours on February 1st 2027.

The idea for this channel came about from seeing content creators reacting to the new requirements and how it seems impossible to reach.

Just like life doesn't stick to one topic or niche, neither am I. I will be talking about and highlighting everyday situations.

I'm in my mid 40s and really struggle to talk on camera so this is also a personal challenge to press record and talk to the camera, no stopping, no edits, no filters just raw content.
