This is a space for conversations about consciousness, human behavior, self-awareness, healing, creativity, symbolism, frequency, and the strange and beautiful experience of being human.

With a background in psychology, counseling, expressive arts, and writing, I explore the questions that don’t always have simple answers. We’ll talk about relationships, learning to love and understand ourselves, the patterns we repeat, and the ways our perspectives shape our lives.

You’ll also find my explorations into Meridian and Frequency Codes, mythology, science, spirituality, creativity, and the connections between them.

Some ideas are grounded in established knowledge. Others are questions and possibilities worth exploring. You don’t have to believe everything discussed here. Think with me. Question with me. Take what resonates, examine it for yourself, and leave room for discovery.
