India is changing. But what exactly is changing and why?
India in Flux explores the social and political changes reshaping contemporary India, with a special focus on Gen Z, Gen Alpha, Millennials and Indian youth.
We examine youth aspirations, unemployment, migration, urban life, generational conflict, changing social values, political attitudes, evolving religious practices, Muslim communities in India, identity and everyday life.
Using insights from Sociology, Development Studies, Politics, Economics and History, the channel goes beyond headlines to understand the deeper social forces driving social change in India.
The analysis is informed by Dr. J. Haque, an academic trained at JNU (PhD), Jamia Millia Islamia (MPhil), and IIT Guwahati (MA), with years of research on social change, migration, inequality, socio-religious dynamics, and development in India.
