Welcome to the official YouTube channel of Poise Entertainment Education Company, a Cleveland nonprofit founded in 1987 by veteran educator Dr. Jerome Smith.
At POISE, we believe a young person’s circumstances should never limit their future. Through the “You Can Do It” program, community events, books, arts experiences, and career exposure, we help youth discover opportunities behind music, film, theater, media, and entertainment.
This channel shares inspiring stories, interviews, educational content, program highlights, community voices, and moments that celebrate talent, history, hope, and possibility.
Every view, subscription, share, and donation helps us open another door for the next generation. Together, we can strengthen communities, connect education with opportunity, and remind young people everywhere: You Can Do It.
