I'm Les McKeown, founder of Predictable Success and author of four books on leadership and organizational growth, including Predictable Success and The Synergist.
After a career as a serial entrepreneur and decades working with hundreds of leaders and leadership teams, I've learned that growth isn't about heroics. It follows predictable stages, and the leader's job is to know which stage their organization is in and lead accordingly. That's what this channel is about.
