My work takes me into transformation and regeneration initiatives across cultures, systems, and sectors, and through the MITx u-lab it has reached 260,000+ participants in 194 countries. What I see is a planetary movement in the making: a profound regeneration of how we live and work together, based on a shift in consciousness from ego to eco.

For me it began on the regenerative farm where I grew up near Hamburg, Germany. The harvest depends on the living soil. In our systems that soil is social: the quality of awareness and relationships we operate from.
