Unshaded Arts is a UK based theatre company dedicated to producing plays that shine a light on universal stories driven by marginalised voices.
Aside from content about our theatre productions, this channel offers a unique, behind-the-scenes look at our journey as theatre-makers, providing insight into our creative process, the challenges of starting and running a theatre company, and our mission to make theatre more inviting to disenfranchised artists and audiences. We’re passionate about pushing for more transparency in theatre-making and hope to encourage and empower a wider audience, especially those from non-traditional theatre backgrounds, to pursue their artistic dreams.
Whether you’re a theatre-maker, aspiring artist, or simply a theatre enthusiast, this channel is your go-to space for candid conversations about the realities of creating and sustaining a theatre company in the modern age.
Unshaded Arts is here to stay and we invite you to be part of our journey. Welcome!
