Mrs. Paula Does Retirement
Welcome to my retired life! So glad you stopped by!
Here you’ll find encouragement to keep moving from a blatant beginner senior fitness seeker! Join me! Let’s finally get fit together!
Enjoy taking walks on our northeast Tennessee farm with Rambo and me. Come sit on the back porch and watch the birds and bunnies.
Come along to the occasional model train museum outing or another slow paced day out in retirement.
And watch out for my YouTube alter ego! That super sassy southerner who always has something to say, Hilda Joy! 🤓🤓
If you're retired or counting down the days — pull up a chair. You belong here.

Happy Birthday to me! Thriving at 62!
I want to keep getting stronger, grow my channel, and encourage other women over 60 to keep growing, learning, and thriving!
If you're over 60, tell me: What's something you'd still like to try, learn, or accomplish?
