Before starting TripDesq, I worked as a Management Consultant at PwC (Big 4), helping large travel businesses improve profitability through AI automation, operational systems, technology implementation, and smarter financial management.
During that journey, I noticed a major gap. Large travel companies had access to advanced software, consultants, automation, and strong operational systems. Meanwhile, many MSME travel agencies, local operators, DMCs, and first-time founders were still managing their businesses through spreadsheets, WhatsApp chats, scattered tools, and manual processes.
I believe smaller travel businesses don’t lack capability — they lack access to the right technology and guidance. With AI and modern software, businesses of every size can now compete smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
